Your Wedding, Vow Renewal or Naming Ceremony- The Process
The Initial Meeting
We will have an initial meeting either via TEAMS, at your chosen venue or somewhere else - whichever you prefer. This will give us a chance to get to know one another and for you to ask questions about me and what I do. If you decide to book, a 25% deposit will be required to secure your date.
The Questionnaire
Depending on your ceremony, you will be provided with a questionnaire to complete. This will provide me with the much needed information, stories and unique aspects you wish to include in your service.
Before the Ceremony
I will take your questionnaire answers and create the script for your ceremony. Drafts will be shared with you until you are 100% happy. You can make contact with me as much as you need in the lead up to your special day. Before your special day we will have a rehearsal at your chosen venue, if you wish. Your balance will be due one month before the ceremony.
On the Day of the Ceremony
By now we will have had so much contact to make your day special, I'll be equally excited as you are about your important day! I will be there at least one hour before the start and will officiate your personalised ceremony and ensure that everything runs smoothly, efficiently and exactly how you wanted it.
After the Ceremony
I will stay around as long as you need me after your ceremony as I won't be rushing off to another event. After the day itself, I will be in touch and send you a keepsake folder with your script and special mementos of your ceremony. I'll then be on the lookout for your photos when they are ready!
Funerals- The Process
Planning Your Goodbye
I will work with you to create a bespoke service to say goodbye to your loved one. I will arrange to meet you in your home, or wherever your preference, to give you the opportunity to share your wishes for the funeral and share stories and memories of your loved one. You will be able to choose what happens in the service, including music, poems, readings and tributes.
I will then create a bespoke ceremony, liaise with the Funeral Director on your behalf and agree the final ceremony with you. You can make contact with me as much as you need in the lead up to the funeral.
The Day of the Funeral
I will be at your chosen venue before the funeral ready to greet you and officiate your personalised ceremony. I will ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and allows you to say goodbye in the way you have chosen.
A couple of weeks after the funeral, I will provide you with a copy of the ceremony and a keepsake.
